Author's note: I know that I promised not to write any more Saga scripts, but this is one last one to get it out off my system. Besides, it's short.
Author's note 2: By the way, today's my birthday.
(Bob and Sue are sitting at a table.)
Bob: I hear that Saga really improve while we were off-campus. That they've been striving for Quality, Variety and Consistency.
Sue: I'll believe THAT when I see it.
(A waiter enters and approaches the table.)
Waiter (speaking in an atrocious French accent): Hello, monsieur and madame. Welcome to Chez Mariott. (He hands them each a menu.) Our specials of the day are Les tots du tater cooked in pure imported pig grease, and Le unidentified brownish stuff. I'll be back in a moment to take your orders. (He leaves.)
(Bob and Sue open their menus.)
Bob: I hear that the creamy soup with unidentified floating chunks is good.
Sue: How about the stir fry of Leftian overs?
Bob Then there's always the seared roebuck au jus.
(The waiter returns.)
W: Have you decided?
Sue: Yes. I think I'll have the Bar des Pancakes, with a side bowl of Toast Crunch of the Cinnamon. Then I'll have a light brown square with some dark brown stuff on top for dessert, and a glass of Diet Pepsi.
Bob: I'll just have a slice af your escargot pizza, and could I see a Kool-Aid list?
W: Certainly, sir. (Hands him a list)
Bob: (Rapildy scans it) I'll have the '86 red Kool-Aid, please.
W: A fine choice. That was an excellent year for artificial flavorings. Will that be all?
(Bob and Sue nod)
W: Enjoy your meal.
